3) Extras — Additional Oiling

Using a body oil after your lotion dries helps seal in moisture and adds a healthy glow. Choose an oil that matches your skin type.

4) SPF

Wear an SPF suited to your skin type daily to protect against sun damage, dark spots, and premature aging.
